These are our usual Terms and Conditions but during the Covid-19 pandemic we have had to make some changes which may be found at the end of this page.
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as, by completing your booking, you will be deemed to have accepted them. We recommend that you consider taking out travel insurance to cover your stay.
Bookings will be confirmed by us in writing, usually by e-mail; all bookings are provisional until confirmed by us and we have received the deposit.
Payment terms and cancellation
Payment may be made by debit or credit card through the online booking system; this is our preferred method. Payments by BACS is also accepted if necessary. A non-refundable deposit of £100 will be required at the time of booking. The balance will be due 6 weeks before your arrival date.
If the booking is made less than 6 weeks before the arrival date, full payment will be due at the time of booking.
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable unless we have to cancel the booking due to circumstances beyond our control. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel, any payment you have already made to us will be refunded and you will have no further claim against us.
If you should need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. A cancellation made by telephone must be confirmed in writing, preferably by e-mail to email@example.com, before any refund can be made. If cancelled after full payment has been received but less than 14 days before the arrival date, an administration charge of £55 will be deducted from any refund due to you. No refund will be made if you cancel, or simply fail to arrive, on or after the start date you have booked.
