Terms of booking
Please read these terms and conditions carefully as, by completing your booking, you will be deemed to have accepted them. We recommend that you consider taking out travel insurance to cover your stay.
Bookings will be confirmed by us in writing, usually by e-mail; all bookings are provisional until confirmed by us and we have received the deposit.
Payment terms and cancellation
Payment may be made by BACS or by cheque made payable to 43 Laigh Isle.
A non-refundable deposit of £100 will be required at the time of booking, except for short breaks in which case the deposit is 50% of the total cost. The balance will be due 6 weeks before your arrival date.
If the booking is made less than 6 weeks before the arrival date, full payment will be due at the time of booking.
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable unless we have to cancel the booking due to circumstances beyond our control. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel, any payment you have already made to us will be refunded and you will have no further claim against us.
If you should need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. A cancellation made by telephone must be confirmed in writing, preferably by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, before any refund can be made. If cancelled after full payment has been received but less than 14 days before the arrival date, an administration charge of £25 will be deducted from any refund due to you. No refund will be made if you cancel, or simply fail to arrive, on or after the start date you have booked.
